The True Story of the Bilderberg Group

by Daniel Estulin

North American Union edition
Seventy-two new pages, bringing a timeline of overt and covert actions greasing the skids towards a North American Union, where our sovereignty is put aside in the name of economic efficiency.

Unravel one of the best-kept secrets in political history.

Delving into a world once shrouded in complete mystery and impenetrable security, this investigative report provides a fascinating account of the annual meetings of the world’s most powerful people—the Bilderberg Group. Since its inception in 1954 at the Bilderberg Hotel in the small Dutch town of Oosterbeek, the Bilderberg Group has been comprised of European prime ministers, American presidents, and the wealthiest CEOs of the world, all coming together to discuss the economic and political future of humanity. The press has never been allowed to attend, nor have statements ever been released on the attendees' conclusions or discussions, which have ramifications on the citizens of the world. Using methods that resemble the spy tactics of the Cold War—and in several instances putting his own life on the line—the author did what no one else has managed to achieve: he learned what was being said behind the closed doors of the opulent hotels and has made it available to the public for the first time.

Daniel Estulin is an award-winning investigative journalist and has been researching the Bilderberg Group for more than 14 years. He is the host of two radio shows in Spain.

Publisher’s Foreword to the North American Union Edition of The True Story of the Bilderberg Group

How do you get from here to there? Sometimes, you must first find out where you are. This book gives us true understanding of the nature of the corruption we must deal with as we strive for a better, a more honest, a more open, real and caring tomorrow.
Initially written to inform a European audience, the first English edition was published with a stateside audience in mind, but the volume lacked information about the hidden “international planning” directly affecting Americans. This new edition contains revealing details concerning the covert and overt machinations silently propelling us towards a North American Union. An insidious idea proposing to do away with our sovereignty for the sake of economic efficiency, expanded horizons and state security.
Author Daniel Estulin saw it happen in Europe, where flags, currencies and constitutions fell by the wayside with the creation of the European Union, all in the name of peace, progress, and prosperity. Similar to the promises given at the creation of the Federal Reserve — that it would control disastrous economic swings — time has shown these pledges are simply smokescreens, moving decisions and oversight farther away from citizens and into the hands of technocrats, bureaucrats and oligarchal forces such as the Bilderberg Group.
TrineDay brought Daniel to the United States twice to promote his book, and to talk with the people and the press. I watched and listened in the fall of 2007 as he told everyone about the upcoming financial turmoil and housing mess, how many folks would soon owe more than their homes were worth, and then in the spring of 2008, when he told audiences that we were just a few months from economic calamity. The people responded, they bought books, asked questions and wanted to know more, but the press was a no-show. Then the same press also “failed” to report the year’s largest gathering of elites: the royalty, bankers, CEOs, media big-wigs and high government officials at the 57th annual Bilderberg meeting in June 2008.
But at the end of the day it is not about them, it is about us — we the people. Much has been written about what is to be, but the dark of night brings within it the salvation of sunshine. Ardent actions and new understandings do create fresh possibilities, and hope — for our world, our children … ourselves.
Onward to the utmost of futures!
